Janet Heil, CPSM has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Janet most recently worked at Bayer Becker as an Associate and Director of Marketing & Strategic Implementation, a role that they began in May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate and Marketing Manager at Bayer Becker from February 2020 to May 2022. Before joining Bayer Becker, Janet worked as a Marketing Manager at the same company from September 2016 to February 2020.

Earlier in their career, Janet worked at FranNet MidAmerica as a Marketing & Client Services Coordinator from October 2014 to August 2016. Janet also gained experience as a Freelance Marketer through their own venture, JanetHeil.com, from July 2013 to August 2016.

Janet's career journey began at LeSaint Logistics, where they held multiple roles including Client Development Director from December 2010 to July 2013, Dedicated Accounts Manager from April 2009 to December 2010, Regional Sales Representative from February 2007 to April 2009, and Transportation Planner from October 2005 to February 2007.

Prior to their time at LeSaint Logistics, Janet worked as a Sales Supervisor at Crabtree & Evelyn from March 2004 to October 2005. Janet also gained valuable experience as a VIP Sales & Marketing Intern at Clear Channel - Riverbend Music Center in 2004.

Janet Heil, CPSM, completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing and Biology from Xavier University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Prior to their university education, Janet attended Notre Dame Academy from 1997 to 2001. Janet obtained the Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification from the SMPS—Society for Marketing Professional Services in October 2020.
