Matt Hoeller currently serves as the Accounting Operations Leader at Bayer Becker, a design consulting firm, since January 2024. Previously, from 2004 to August 2016, Matt held the position of Marketing & Communications Leader at the same organization. Prior to joining Bayer Becker, Matt managed store operations at Eddie Bauer from 2001 to 2003 and at Old Navy from 1995 to 2001, overseeing teams of managers and sales associates while driving significant annual sales volumes. Matt Hoeller earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Dayton from 1990 to 1994.
