Steven Wild

Steven Wild has extensive experience in process and standards development, currently serving as a Standards and Process Development Specialist at Bayer Built Woodworks, Inc. since July 2012. In this role, responsibilities include collaborating with team leaders to create Standard Operating Procedures, developing quality standards, fostering a productive work environment for team members, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective training and continuous improvement projects. Previously, Steven worked at GNP Company from January 1994 to November 2011, where roles included Production Supervisor and Production Lead, focusing on team performance, resource planning, and productivity. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance from UW-River Falls and further education from St Cloud Business College.
