Adam Chapin

Adam Chapin is currently a Principal Mechanical Engineer and Lead Project Engineer at Bayer Crop Science, where they manage mechanical and civil projects with budgets exceeding $5 million and lead incident analysis programs. Previously, Chapin held positions at Monsanto as a Senior Project Engineer and interned with the Iowa City Fire Department. They possess broad experience in design and project management across multiple industries, specializing in API vessel design, fall protection systems, and root cause analysis.
