Adil Rahman

Adil Rahman is an experienced leader in digital strategy and mergers & acquisitions within the agricultural and biotechnology sectors. Since September 2018, Adil has held multiple leadership roles at Bayer, including Digital Portfolio and PMO Lead, as well as Digital Strategy & Innovation and IT Mergers & Acquisitions Lead. Prior to Bayer, Adil worked at Monsanto Company from January 2006, where responsibilities included IT Mergers & Acquisitions Lead and President of Monsanto Asian Connection, focusing on integrated farming systems and business strategies. Additional roles spanned from infrastructure and technical service management in large-scale organizations to database administration in earlier career positions. Adil holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
