Aida Baban

Aida Baban is currently the Head of Medical Affairs Oncology at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where they lead and mentor a team of Medical Information specialists and establish patient engagement strategies. Previously, they held several roles at Bayer, including Head of Medical Information & Governance and Head of Customer Excellence & Governance. Aida’s experience includes compliance management at Novartis, where they acted as Compliance Officer and developed training materials. They earned a PhD and a Master of Science in Immunology from Duesseldorf University and are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Tehran University.
