Aino Försti-Smith

Aino Försti-Smith is the Head of Communications at Bayer Finland, where they lead communications strategy and activities, including media relations and stakeholder engagement. With nearly 20 years of experience in public relations and communications, Aino has a proven track record in developing strategies that enhance brand awareness and promote sustainability. They are actively involved with UN Women Finland as a board member, championing gender equality and women's health initiatives globally. Aino is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in German Language and Literature at the University of Turku, while exploring innovative uses of AI in communications.
