Ajay Sharma

Ajay Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in eCommerce and sales management. Currently serving as Vice President of eCommerce & OmniChannel for North America at Bayer since July 2013, Ajay has held various leadership roles including eCommerce Director and Global eCommerce Capability Leader. Prior to joining Bayer, Ajay worked at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners from January 2002 to June 2013, progressing through roles such as Regional Sector Manager and Sales Manager. Ajay's career began with an internship at BBC Worldwide as a Multimedia Tester in 2001. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of West London and completed further education at INSEAD in 2013.
