Alejandra Castro is the Vice President of International Affairs & Sustainability Strategy at Bayer and has held various leadership roles within the company, including Head of Legal, Patents & Compliance for Central America and The Caribbean. With a solid background in international trade law and expertise in intellectual property, biotechnology, and new technologies, they also contributed significantly as a professor at LEAD University. Alejandra co-founded and coordinated a Master's program in Intellectual Property at Universidad Estatal a Distancia and served as Corporate Affairs Director for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.
