Alexandra Smith

Alexandra Smith has extensive experience in supply chain management and demand planning, currently serving as the Head of Warehousing/Transportation/Last Mile for the EMEA region at Bayer since March 2014. Alexandra leads a workstream in the Olympus Program focused on implementing a new global demand and supply planning solution and has held various leadership roles at Bayer, including Demand and Supply Team Lead for Pharma UK/Ireland and Supply Chain Manager. Prior to Bayer, Alexandra worked at Reckitt Benckiser as Customer Collaboration Team Lead, managing relationships with major UK grocery retailers. Alexandra's career also includes significant consultancy experience at Capgemini and roles at Procter & Gamble, where Alexandra contributed to integration projects and demand planning processes. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Plekhanov Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Violin from Moscow State Conservatory.
