Alexandre Chigaev

Alexandre Chigaev, PhD, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in cellular therapy analytical development and quality control. Currently serving as Senior Staff Scientist at Bayer since December 2022 and as Associate Director (Contractor) at BlueRock Therapeutics since October 2023, Alexandre has previously held roles including Scientist in Flow Cytometry at Instil Bio and Research Associate Professor at the University of New Mexico, among others. Notably, contributions at Gilead Sciences included developing flow cytometry-based methods and determining binding kinetics for new chemical entities. Alexandre's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biology from Lomonosov Moscow State University and dual B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Saratov State University.
