Previously, Alexandre held various roles within Bayer and Monsanto, where significant contributions included establishing production structures, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance in stewardship practices. Alexandre obtained a Ph.D. in Soil-Plant Relations and completed a leadership program at Fundação Dom Cabral, underscoring a commitment to advancing agricultural innovation.
