Ali Soltani

Ali Soltani is currently the Causal Variant Discovery Lead at Bayer, focusing on advancements in plant genetics and breeding. With extensive experience as a research associate at Michigan State University and a background in wheat germplasm enhancement at North Dakota State University, Ali has developed a strong skill set in genetics, experimental design, and molecular markers. Ali also held a position as a visiting scientist at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center and worked as a genomics data scientist at Bayer Crop Science prior to their current role.
