With a strong background in finance, strategy, and operations across various industries including agribusiness and financial services, Alina has effectively managed geographically distributed teams and driven high performance standards. Alina's past experiences encompass significant roles at companies such as Dun and Bradstreet, Motorola, and Monsanto, where they focused on financial management, enterprise risk, and compliance. Holding a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from RMIT University, Alina continues to advance their professional credentials with ongoing education as an Associate with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and as a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
