Alper Aydın graduated from Ankara University with a degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1996. They began their career at Philip Morris International from 1998 to 1999, before joining Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where they served in various roles, including İzmir Regional Trade Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Cardiovascular products until 2009. Alper's focus included overseeing pharmaceutical warehouses across multiple cities in Turkey and providing training in sales techniques and medical education. They are currently the İzmir Regional Trade Manager at Bayer.
