Amanda Ruby

Amanda Ruby is currently the Assistant General Counsel at Bayer, where they focus on corporate governance and real estate. Previously, they held the position of Corporate Counsel with responsibilities in commercial law. Prior to Bayer, Amanda served as Corporate Counsel at Monsanto Company, specializing in commercial, regulatory, and employment law. Amanda earned an Honors B.A. in Philosophy and American Studies, summa cum laude, from Saint Louis University and a Doctor of Law (J.D.), magna cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where they graduated in the top 5% of their class.
