Amber Tabas

Amber Tabas is a multifaceted IT and digital leader currently serving as the VP, Global Head of Cyber Security Assurance (GRC) & Advancement at Bayer. With experience in various roles, including Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy & Partnerships at Bayer, Amber has a proven track record of driving transformation and operational excellence within the life sciences industry. Prior to Bayer, Amber held positions at companies such as Stryker, Toshiba Business, and Staples, where they focused on IT strategy, digital transformation, and project management. Amber is pursuing a BS in Business Administration and Management from Saint Joseph's College of Maine and an MBA in Information Technology Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
