Ammar Elfiky

Ammar Elfiky is a Global Project Leader at Bayer, focusing on product cost reduction projects within the Pharma and Consumer Healthcare sectors. Previously, they served as a Regional Project Manager in EMEA for Bayer Pharmaceuticals, managing technical transfers and new product development initiatives. Their experience includes leading innovation portfolios at GSK and commercializing novel biotechnologies at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Ammar also held a position as a Military Officer in the Egyptian Armed Forces and worked as a Lecture Associate at Cairo University, where they taught biochemistry to medical students.
