Amy Bock

Amy Bock is a results-driven leader with over 20 years of expertise in patient recruitment strategy and clinical project management. They currently serve as the Director of Clinical Project Lead at Bayer, where they oversee strategic planning and operational execution for top portfolio assets. Previously, Amy held various roles at Bayer, including Director of Site Engagement & Feasibility Function and Senior Manager of Oncology, where they led cross-functional teams and managed clinical trials. Amy's early career included positions at Kforce Clinical Research and Adecco, where they notably contributed to a successful phase 3 trial that achieved FDA approval. Amy earned a degree from Drew University between 1989 and 1993.
