André Van Broich

André Van Broich is a Supervisory Board Member at Bayer. Prior to this, they were with Bayer Material Science AG from May 2005 to March 2010 as Legal Counsel, where they focused on general commercial law with a focus on competition law and compliance. Before that, they were an Associate with Hengeler Mueller from December 2001 to April 2005, where they focused on German, European and international merger control; activities also included M&A and corporate law.

André Van Broich received their doctorate in law from the University of Münster.
