Andrew Ritchie

Andrew Ritchie, MBA, CSSGB, currently serves as the Senior Associate Director of Engineering, Facilities, Tech Transfer, Clinical Supplies, and Packaging at Bayer, overseeing a substantial team and managing the qualification, calibration, and maintenance of extensive R&D equipment. With experience dating back to 2000, Ritchie previously held significant roles at Merck Consumer Care, including Director of Engineering and Facilities, where management of the Memphis R&D site was a key responsibility. Ritchie's earlier career includes a position as Lead Instrument Engineer/Metrologist at Eli Lilly. Ritchie holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Memphis and a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from Ball State University.
