Andy Erickson

Andy Erickson, MBA, is a seasoned Market Access Leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Payer, Reimbursement, and Patient Support Services at Heron Therapeutics, where they drive strategies for market access in oncology and acute care. With a robust background that includes leading initiatives across payer and reimbursement landscapes, they have shaped critical reimbursement policies and contributed to significant healthcare strategies. Andy previously held multiple roles at Bayer HealthCare and served as President of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy's Midwest Region. They also represented the United States as an Olympian in biathlon at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, Japan. Andy earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BS in Chemistry and Economics from St. Olaf College.
