Andy Parker

Andy Parker currently serves as the Ecommerce Sales & Commercial Director for EMEA at Bayer, a role held since January 2023. Prior to this, Andy was the Regional Amazon Director for EMEA at Mars from August 2021 to December 2022. With a strong background in ecommerce and sales, Andy also held significant positions at adidas, including Ecommerce Sales Acceleration Director and Football Go To Market Director, and at Tesco as Global Business Unit & GBU Leader. Previous experience includes roles at PepsiCo and Bayer, along with consulting positions at Bridgethorne and Huxley. Andy Parker completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA in October 2023 and holds a degree in Brand Management and Marketing from the University of Exeter, as well as a degree in History focused on American Nativism.
