Ângelo Almeida is a Líder de produção at Bayer Crop Science, where they are currently responsible for overseeing seed processing, ensuring quality compliance, and implementing lean production practices. Ângelo has extensive experience in seed production, having started their career in 2002 at Monsanto, where they held various roles including Especialista de Produção and Líder de operações. They acquired an MBA in Quality and Production Engineering from IPOG and a Bachelor’s degree in Administration from Universidade de Rio Verde. Throughout their career, Ângelo has demonstrated a commitment to process improvement and quality management in the agricultural sector.
