Anthony Pearson

Anthony Pearson is the EAST EME Unit Lead in Supply Chain Management at Bayer, where they ensure supply reliability and customer satisfaction while managing a team of 50 employees. They previously held roles at Bayer Crop Science, including Regional Supply Manager and Market Specialist, and contributed to supply planning for various markets. Anthony also served as a member of the Program Advisory at RSM Student Representation, helping to improve educational programs. They hold a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
