Armando Serrano

Armando Serrano has a diverse background in community relations and patient support, currently serving as a Hemophilia Community Consultant at Bayer since January 2018. Prior to this role, Armando spent nearly a decade at Affinity Biotech Inc. as a Hemophilia Resource Specialist, focusing on assisting patients with health, social, and economic challenges while delivering exceptional customer service. Armando also contributed to the education sector as an Instructional Assistant for Chicago Public Schools from 2004 to 2018, where responsibilities included classroom support, collaboration with educators, and translation services. Armando holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and History from Saint Xavier University, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
