Ashwin Soni is a seasoned finance professional and Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of diverse experience in financial accounting, indirect taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and auditing. They have a strong track record in IFRS, Ind AS, and SAP, and have successfully managed statutory reporting and tax operations within multinational environments. Ashwin currently heads Indirect Tax Operations at Bayer India, focusing on strategic compliance and process efficiencies. Prior to this, they gained valuable experience at Deloitte, managing various audits and contributing to due diligence for notable clients. Ashwin holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
