Avani Patel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and product delivery within the agricultural technology sector. Currently serving as the Digital Transformation Lead for Bayer Crop Science since October 2019, Avani has a strong track record as the Product Delivery & Strategy Lead for Asia-Africa at Monsanto Company, starting in September 2008. In this role, Avani has successfully defined regional R&D IT strategies, led product delivery teams, and managed stakeholder engagement to ensure timely project completions.
