Beatriz Mattos

Beatriz Mattos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, currently serving as the Global Category Lead and Procurement Manager at Bayer since April 2022. In this role, Beatriz manages Global Category Management for Effervescents across six Consumer Health plants worldwide and acts as a site coordinator in the Mexican plant. Prior to Bayer, Beatriz held various strategic sourcing roles at The Dow Chemical Company from July 2010 to November 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing a significant annual purchasing budget across multiple categories in Latin America and the USA. Earlier experience includes positions at Agrega and quantiQ, focusing on travel sourcing and business analysis, respectively. Beatriz holds an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
