Bert Lorenz

Bert Lorenz has extensive experience in engineering and management, having served as a Consultant and Project Manager at FIR an der RWTH Aachen from 2005 to 2010, where they held roles including Deputy Department Head of Industrial Service Management and Head of Competence Center Maintenance. Prior to that, they were a Technical Consultant for Construction Research and Technology at TÜV Rheinland Group from 2002 to 2005, providing strategic support to the German Federal Ministry for Research and Education. Currently, Bert is the VP, Head Site Management Wuppertal & Head SMIS HSE at Bayer. Bert holds a Dr.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering and a Dipl.-Ing. in Construction Engineering, both from RWTH Aachen University.
