Bob Ramer

Bob Ramer is an experienced professional in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as Value Stream Lead for Medical Devices at Bayer since October 2013. In this role, Bob supports the value stream across five sites and oversees the entire process for products produced in locations including Alajuela, Heredia, Indianola, Saxonburg, and O’Hara. Previous positions at Bayer include Director of Manufacturing and Associate Director of Production, where responsibilities encompassed leading manufacturing teams and supporting GMP environments. Prior to Bayer, Bob held various roles at PepsiCo, notably as Production Manager at a large facility, and also worked as a co-op testing engineer at GE Rail. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
