Brannon Wright has extensive experience in operations and strategy within the agricultural sector, having held multiple leadership roles at Bayer from 2019 to 2022, including Operations Lead and Director of Science Strategy & Operations. Prior to that, Brannon worked at Monsanto Company as an Operations Manager and Process Innovation Scientist from 2013 to 2016. Brannon began their career at Monsanto in 2008 as a Genotyping Assay Research Associate. They hold an MBA from the University of Iowa, which they completed in 2023, and a BA in Biology from Simpson College, obtained in 2006.
