Brit Tiri is a supply chain professional with over eight years of experience managing suppliers and manufacturing partners, along with a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from TalTech. Currently serving as the E2E Supply & Operations Manager at Bayer, Brit oversees a $200M portfolio and has successfully launched new products, improved operational efficiencies, and contributed to the implementation of strategic planning tools. Previous roles include Procurement Manager at Ericsson, where Brit led global tenders and achieved significant cost reductions, and Head of Supply Chain at Comodule, where Brit developed the supply chain from scratch and navigated global supply chain crises. With a strong ability to thrive in dynamic environments, Brit has consistently demonstrated effective project management and cross-functional collaboration throughout their career.
