Britt Reese

Britt Reese is an experienced enterprise product manager at Bayer, focusing on developing systems, processes, and people to drive business growth. With over a decade of leadership experience, Britt previously held roles at AgReliant Genetics and Purdue University, where they were instrumental in managing agricultural programs and educational initiatives. Britt has also contributed to various research projects in plant pathology and has a solid academic foundation with degrees from Purdue University and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, along with certifications in leadership and strategic human resources from Cornell University. Currently, Britt is pursuing a certificate in the Psychology of Leadership at Cornell.
