Bruna Carvalho

Bruna Carvalho is currently a New Trait Innovation & Varietal Integration Leader at Bayer Crop Science, where previous roles included Global Varietal Trait Introgression Unit Leader and Head of Cotton Product Design. They have also worked as a Product Design Scientist Manager at Bayer and as a Breeder at Monsanto Company, contributing to research and development in corn breeding. Bruna gained extensive academic experience, including a Doctor of Science in Genetics and Plant Breeding from both the Universidade Federal de Lavras and North Carolina State University, as well as an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, Bruna completed internships at various organizations, including Embrapa Milho e Sorgo and USP/ESALQ.
