Burcak Simsek is currently the Global Lead for Reproductive Health in Women’s Healthcare at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, having held several leadership roles within the company since 2019. With a solid educational background that includes multiple MBA degrees and specialized programs from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and ESADE, Burcak has developed expertise in leadership and management. Prior to their current position, Burcak served as Global Innovation Director for Digestive Health at Bayer and held managerial roles across various sectors, including specialty medicine. Burcak is also pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering at Boğaziçi University.
