Carlos Cabrera is the Vice President of Finance and Resource Management for R&D at Bayer, where they currently lead finance and resources for portfolio creation and technology. Previously, at Roche, they served as the Head of Operations for Pharma Research & Early Development, where they co-led the transformation of operations and implemented strategic resource management. With a Master’s in Corporate Management from IE Business School and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from CUNEF, Carlos possesses a robust blend of financial expertise, leadership, and strategic acumen, driving process improvements and fostering collaboration across teams.
