Carlos Hedler

Carlos Hedler is an experienced engineering executive with over two decades at Bayer, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Engineering. Carlos has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President positions overseeing Site Engineering and Technology, Asset Life Cycle Management, and Process Control Technology. Prior to this, Carlos was Head of Technology Solutions at Bayer Technology & Engineering Shanghai and served in various leadership positions at Bayer Technology Services and Bayer S.A. in Brazil. Carlos holds an MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ and a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Process Control from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
