Carmen Lara is a seasoned communication professional inspired by sustainability and the power of collaboration for a better world. They began their career in journalism with internships at Luike-Motorpress and Primera Visión, before moving on to key roles in corporate communication at Schering España and Bayer HealthCare, where they managed strategic communication plans and crisis management initiatives. Most recently, Carmen served as the Corporate Communication and Sustainability Lead at Bayer España, aligning local strategies with global objectives. They hold various degrees, including a Master’s in International Relations and Communication from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a certification in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge.
