At Bayer since 2022, Catarina has transitioned from focusing on pharmaceutical projects to addressing agricultural agendas. Previous roles include serving as Head of Public Affairs and Chief of Staff, and significant contributions to various governmental and private initiatives in Brazil, including working with the Câmara dos Deputados and PATRI Public Affairs.
