Cathy Lemal has extensive experience at Bayer, holding various roles since 2011. Currently serving as a Visiteur médical specializing in Ophtalmology since January 2015, Cathy has successfully implemented targeted strategies, engaged with healthcare professionals, and conducted training on product innovations. Major achievements include the successful launch of a pre-filled syringe amid complex health circumstances and gaining recognition from clients. Prior to the current role, Cathy worked as a Déléguée Hospitalière in both Cardiologie, focusing on an oral anticoagulant, and Oncologie, where collaboration with key opinion leaders and the launch of a prostate cancer treatment were key responsibilities. Educational background includes a Licence in Santé obtained through VAE in 2015 and a qualification in visite médicale from Ecole Catholique de Lille in 2003.
