Cecilia Schmidt

Cecilia Schmidt is a Director of Supply Chain & Digitalization with extensive experience at Bayer, where they held various leadership roles from 2016 to 2020, including Head of Supply Chain ConoSur and Director of Supply Chain & Digitalization at the Myerstown site. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2016, Cecilia worked at Bayer HealthCare, serving as Jefe de Supply Chain and in other operational roles. They earned a Master of Business Administration from UTN and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Belgrano.
