Celeste Samarra is a Value Stream Cluster Leader at Bayer's Planta Pilar in Consumer Health and serves as a GROW Representative focused on Woman, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). Celeste has extensive experience in production management, having held various roles including Asistente de Producción, Validation Supervisor, and Packaging Supervisor. They have a background in industrial engineering and are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Management and a diploma in Industrial Pharmacy. Celeste's dedication to continuous improvement is evident from their leadership in implementing Lean Factory and Six Sigma methodologies.
