Claudia Ferraz

Claudia Ferraz is the Latam Finance Performance Management Director at Bayer Crop Science, where they oversee financial planning and the integration of Bayer and Monsanto activities in Latin America. They previously held various roles at Monsanto Company, including South America Operations Intelligence Manager and Brazil FP&A Manager, where they contributed to strategic planning and project management in the supply chain. With earlier experiences as an intern in software development and business research, Claudia has cultivated a strong background in finance and supply chain management. They studied Computer Engineering at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica and were a visiting student in Human Factors at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
