Cody Allen

Cody Allen is an experienced mining operations professional currently serving as a Mine Operations Supervisor at Bayer Crop Science since May 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing mining operations, directing personnel, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Previously, Cody held various roles at Monsanto Company from August 2011 to May 2021, including Mine Operations Coordinator and South Area Mining Coordinator, focusing on ore quality control, budget management, and operational optimization. Cody began in the industry as a Mining Technician and gained initial experience as a Geologic Exploration Intern. Cody holds a Master of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science from Utah State University.
