Constance Tuffet

Constance Tuffet is currently the Global Cereals Strategy Lead and EMEA Hybrid Wheat Product Team Lead at Bayer, where they focus on innovative strategies in the agricultural sector. Previously, they held various roles at Bayer, including the Cereals and Oilseeds S&T Lead and Marketing Lead for large crops, showcasing their expertise in strategy, marketing, and communications. Constance began their career as a Research Assistant at Rockefeller University, contributing to neuroscience research. They obtained a degree in agronomy from Agrocampus Ouest Rennes, following preparatory studies in biology.
