Dale Dwier

Dale Dwier is a retired Associate Director of Procurement for Direct Materials at Bayer HealthCare, where they worked from 2008 until retirement. Prior to this role, Dwier held positions in procurement management at Tyco Toys, Inc. from 1983 to 1998, and at Mattel, Inc. as a Senior Commodity Manager for Global Packaging from 1998 to 2006. Dwier also served as the Director of Purchasing at NBTY from 2006 to 2008. They are currently pursuing education at the University of Southern California.
