Dan Seyer

Dan Seyer possesses extensive experience in research and development, primarily in the agricultural and chemical sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Formulation Technology for North America at Bayer since August 2018, Dan leads a team focused on strategic formulation strategies and data-driven formulation selections. Previously, Dan held leadership roles at Bayer, including Head of Application Technology and Research Platform Lead, where efforts centered on innovation and product pipeline management. Before joining Bayer, Dan contributed to Monsanto Company as Research Platform Lead and Research Team Lead, and served as Innovation Research Manager at Lintec of America, Inc. Dan's early career includes roles such as Vice-President and Director of R&D at Resinate Materials Group, Inc., and Director of Technical Operations at CHEMIR. Dan holds a PhD in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Dallas and a BS in Chemistry from Northwest Missouri State University.
