Dan Sundberg

Dan Sundberg is an accomplished professional with over two decades of leadership experience, including a notable career in the U.S. Army where they served in various senior roles, such as Director of Operations and Battalion Commander. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Professor of Military Science and Department Chair at the University of South Dakota, significantly enhancing the Army ROTC program's national ranking. Currently, Dan serves as the Site Lead at Bayer, focusing on optimizing performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Norbert College, a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
