Daniel Moock is currently the Head of Laboratory in Process Research at Bayer, where they lead a team in developing synthetic routes for new crop protection candidates. They gained first-hand experience in chemical active ingredient production during a short-term assignment at Bayer's Kansas City facility. Prior to their current role, Daniel completed a PhD in Organic Synthetic Chemistry and Catalysis at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and participated in a research internship focused on medicinal chemistry at Bayer Pharmaceuticals.
